The disk tube reverse osmosis (DTRO) technology is currently a mature technology in China that can ensure the stability of leachate effluent and continuously meet the national primary or secondary emission standards. The DTRO system offers flexible operation modes, allowing the selection of primary or secondary treatment forms based on the required leachate emission standards. The treated water can ensure compliance with the emission standards specified in the national standard GB16889-2008. The system's economic water yield rate ranges from 75% to 80%, and it can also be equipped with a high-pressure system according to customer requirements, achieving a water yield rate of 90% to 95%. The treatment targets include landfill leachate and composting leachate.

Characteristics of Landfill Leachate Treatment Systems:
Excellent Effluent Quality
The reverse osmosis membrane has a high removal rate for various pollutants, resulting in good effluent quality. For cases where the effluent quality requirements are not stringent, nanofiltration membranes can be used.
Stable Effluent Quality, Less Affected by External Factors
Due to the few factors affecting the rejection rate of the membrane system, the effluent quality is very stable. It has obvious advantages for the treatment of leachate from old landfills that are not suitable for biochemical treatment.
Flexible Operation
As a physical separation equipment, the DTRO membrane system is highly flexible and can operate continuously, intermittently, or adjust the series-parallel configuration of the system to adapt to the requirements of water quality and quantity.
High Automation and Easy Operation
The DTRO membrane system is fully automatic and equipped with a comprehensive monitoring and control system. The PLC can automatically adjust based on sensor parameters, timely issue alarm signals, and protect the system.
Small Occupied Area
The DTRO membrane system is installed in an integrated manner, occupying a small area.
Strong Mobility
It can be installed in containers or vans, or in a factory building. After a project is completed, it can be moved to other projects for continued use.
