The composition of the backflow is also complex, with high polymer content, high viscosity, high content of organic and inorganic additives, followed by SBR bacteria, sulfide and metal content. The viscosity is 20 mpa · s, and the stability is high.
(3) intermittent discharge of fracturing backflow has a large discharge volume.
At present, there are three main treatment methods for fracturing fluid produced in gas field:
The first is to treat the reinjection water which can be used for water injection mining after reaching a certain standard or is poured into waste formation;
Second, after treatment to meet the emission standards;
Third, as a fracturing fluid system of the preparation of water cycle use.
