Product Overview

The STRO membrane is the most important component of the reverse osmosis unit. Combining the advantages of both open channel and spiral membrane module design, STRO membrane module has a narrow and open channel, which overcomes the shortcomings of other ordinary reverse osmosis membrane modules, greatly optimizes the hydrodynamic performance, and greatly reduces the common fouling and fouling problems in other reverse osmosis membrane modules.


Key features:

The membrane principle is based on the permeability of a semi-permeable membrane, that is, a weak solution and a concentrated solution are placed on both sides of the separation membrane, and due to the difference in concentration, the water molecules naturally penetrate to one side of the concentrated solution. The STRO membrane principle is based on the semi-permeable membrane, through a special modification process, so that the semi-permeable membrane has more efficient permeability performance, so as to achieve efficient desalination of water molecules.

 

Fields of application

Domestic garbage leachate treatment, oil and gas production fracturing flowback liquid wastewater treatment, coking wastewater treatment, coal chemical wastewater treatment, acid recovery, alkali recovery, precious metal recovery and other application fields.

 

Technical features:

High desalination rate (99% desalination rate under standard test conditions) and stable performance, better product water quality, and higher water consumption indicators. The special fluid hydraulic design reduces the concentration polarization and improves the fouling and fouling trends. The 45° diamond-shaped double-layer flow channel design has a better cleaning effect and easier performance recovery. The modular design of 1-6 pieces can be assembled in series, which is easy to clean and maintain.
